1. No Refunds
1.1. All ticket sales for the ARLive Conference are final. Once a ticket is
purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but
not limited to non-attendance, illness, or changes in personal circumstances.
However, requests for exceptions may be reviewed in cases of significant
unforeseen circumstances.

2. Event Cancellation by Organiser
2.1. In the unlikely event that the ARLive Conference is canceled or delayed by
the Organiser, or if the event has to be rescheduled to another date for any
reason, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the
rescheduled event, you will be entitled to a refund.
2.2. The Organiser will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses,
such as travel or accommodation, incurred by ticket holders in connection with
the Conference.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the event's cancellation
notification being issued.

3. Force Majeure
3.1. The Organiser will not be liable for any failure or delay in the
performance of its obligations if such failure or delay results from events,
circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not
limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or other labor disputes. In
such cases, the no-refund policy will still apply.

4. Transferability of Tickets
4.1. As per the Conference's terms and conditions, tickets are non-transferable
and can only be transferred with the written consent of the Organiser.
