Conference (the "Conference") organised by PROPERTY AGENTS CIRCLE LIMITED (the
"Organiser").
1.2. By attending the Conference, you agree to comply with these terms and

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment
2.1. All tickets for the Conference must be purchased in advance.
2.2. Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.3. Tickets can be purchased via debit/credit card or bank transfer.
2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant
who has not paid for their ticket in full prior to the Conference.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any
circumstances.
3.2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Conference in case of
unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that the ARLive Conference is
canceled or delayed by the Organiser, or if the event has to be rescheduled to
another date for any reason, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you
cannot attend the rescheduled event, you will be entitled to a refund.

4. Non-Transferability of Tickets
4.1. Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who
purchased the ticket without prior written consent from the Organiser.
4.2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual
attempting to use a ticket purchased by another person unless it has been
agreed upon in writing.

5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All participants are expected to behave in a professional manner that is
respectful to all other attendees, speakers, and staff.
5.2. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sexual harassment,
discriminatory language, or abusive behavior, will not be tolerated.
5.3. Participants who violate the Code of Conduct may be expelled from the
Conference without a refund.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. The Organiser will process your personal data in accordance with the UK
GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2. By attending the Conference, you consent to the collection and use of your
personal data for the purposes of organizing and managing the event.
6.3. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the
organization of the Conference, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Photography and Recording
7.1. The Conference will be recorded, and photographs will be taken throughout
the event.
7.2. By attending the Conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or
recorded.
7.3. The Organiser retains full rights to use any and all media (photographs,
video, audio, etc.) captured during the Conference for promotional, marketing,
or any other purposes without any compensation to attendees.

limited to the amount of the ticket price paid by the participant.

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings or
business opportunities.
9.4. No earnings, income, or business success claims are guaranteed. Any
examples or success stories shared during the Conference are illustrative only
and do not represent a promise of similar outcomes for all participants.

10. Force Majeure
10.1. The Organiser will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing
its obligations if such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or
causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God,
war, terrorism, strikes, or other labor disputes.

11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and
conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
