It’s been a few tough years for our sector, and with all that has gone on and all that is proposed right now (such as rental reforms, ROPA, landlord licensing, landlord taxation, the shortage of property, the banks investing in UK property market and even a government property portal for landlords on the way), it has become clear we need to savvy up…

Having gone through the last few years and all that that it brought us, I believe we are now at the beginning of the fight of our lives. I'm talking about managing our businesses through what seems to be the biggest and most monumental change this industry has ever seen.

According to the governments white paper, 82% of landlords are NOT using a letting agent for property management, and the remaining 50% are letting their properties themselves.

We know that the Tenant demand is at an all-time high, causing management and time issues in our businesses. We have new landlords coming to us by word of mouth and our website traffic is scarce because let’s be honest… the landlord market is changing and let's face it... SHRINKING.

We are also seeing our costs exploding, seeing our staff, recruitment and team retention changing and all that combined means business just seems to be rather hard at the moment.

We have to look at how we can restructure our business model for the new world and how we can recruit the best team members (and build a support VA team) to create an environment they all want to work in. Plus how to make revenue by other means other than just lettings and management, we have to make sure we offer a more rounded service, and cover wider markets and services, we have to be 1000% better at marketing ourselves... this can no longer be ignored, we have to become marketeers or have a marketing arm to our businesses who understand the industry.

Tickets and Registration

Do we offer any discounted Tickets?
No, the ticket prices available on the page are the largest discounts available.
What is the Refund Policy?
If the event has to be rescheduled to another date for whatever reason, your ticket will be valid for the new date, if you cannot attend that event you will be entitled to a refund.

If the event is cancelled (with no future date scheduled, you will be entitled to a refund).

If for COVID reasons or other pandemic, UK wide or worldwide issues mean that this event cannot go ahead, your ticket will be available for a time when the event can go ahead and if you cannot make that date and time you will be entitled to a refund.

What is the Event schedule going to be?
- Event will kick off at 9am on 3rd Nov and will conclude on 4th Nov (typically around 9AM or so).
- The event will run until around 9PM on the first day if you are attending the Mastermind and midnight if you are attending the Dinner on the Friday .
- We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
What is the deadline to apply for my Agent Rainmaker Award?
To be recognised at this ARLive2022 event, you must have your application submitted no later than 30th September 2022.
Does the hotel offer parking?
Day rate £5.00 and £7.00 overnight.
Are pets allowed in the Event?
- Don't allow pets with the exception of registered service animals
Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
Full refreshments throughout the event are provided, included tea, coffee and snacks, plus lunches every day. The lunch will be a buffet provided at the networking lunch during ARLive2022. Exclusive Ticket Holders and Priority Pass Holders will be seated in their own area. 
Will there be a event dashboard that we can use?
Yes! We will have an event dashboard filled with the event essentials, which you will be given access to closer to the Event.
How many people will be at this Event?
This will be our BIGGEST Agent Rainmaker Live YET! We are expecting over 300 to be in attendance 
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!

We will have reserved seating with tables for our Exclusive ticket holders.

With multiple, distinct entrances to the venue, we can manage arrivals safely, taking into account the latest government guidance.

Our entry policy does not require any visitor to show their Covid status; however, we are ready to reintroduce checks at the request of any organiser* or if the Government guidance changes.

It is no longer mandatory to wear a face covering in public; however, you are welcome to continue to wear one in crowded indoor spaces if you feel it necessary.

We ask that if you feel unwell, we ask you to please test before you travel to the venue and if you test positive to please stay home. (Upon provision of a positive covid test your ticket will be rolled over to the next ARLive event)

We will be following government guidelines for masks and overall safety. At this time, we will not be enforcing masks.
Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
- We will continue to analyse and make determination on appropriate precautions. 
- Masks and hand sanitiser will be available. We will also be adhering to the UK's and the hotels policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety precautions. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change. 

CORONAVIRUS POLICY

We recognise that this is an emerging and rapidly evolving situation. Should circumstances or risk factors change, we will re-evaluate — always with your health, safety and well-being in mind. Therefore any ticket purchased for any live events, during the pandemic, we offer that in the event of you being unable to attend, or the event having to be postponed, we will be Live Streaming the event into a dedicated Facebook group for to join for a 48 hour period where you can either watch the event as its taking place, or view the recording within the time period. If you notify us within 7 days of the event starting that you won’t be able to attend, we will offer you an alternative ticket to attend the same or similar event within the next 12 months.
